专业技能

  • 统计。我讲授了两门面向研究生和本科生的统计学课程。我有丰富 R 语言使用经验,尤其是 R 语言统计分析和统计作图。下面是一些我经常使用的 R 语言拓展包:data.tabledplyr, ggplot2carlme4、和 gam 等。在教学和研究的过程中,我还自己编写了一个 R 语言拓展包 acqr

  • 实验技能。我熟悉用于刺激呈现的各类行为科学研究软件,如 E-primePsychopyPsychtoolbox、和 Presentation 等。我有近十年的眼动仪使用经验,尤其是加拿大 SR Research 公司生产的 Eyelink II/1000 plus 型眼动仪和相关软件系统如 Experiment BuilderData Viewer。我还负责建立了中国第一台儿童脑磁图仪系统,熟悉日本 Yokogawa 脑磁图仪的硬件系统、系统维护和数据收集。脑磁图仪数据分析方面,我熟悉 BESA 系统和 Matlab下 的分析软件包 fieldtripSPM12
